Agent dashboard — workflows

Step-by-step instructions for each major capability on the Agent dashboard (v2). UI labels match the product as of the last verification date in the page frontmatter.

Open the Agent dashboard

  1. Sign in to LendAPI.
  2. Click Agent Dashboard in the sidebar.
  3. Confirm the page title reads Agent Dashboard.

Legacy navigation may still expose the same list at /v2/application/applications/; prefer Agent Dashboard in the sidebar.

Search for an application

The search field rotates placeholders: Search ID, Search Applicant, Search Phone.

  1. Click the search box.
  2. Enter one of the following:
    • Application ID — numeric (up to 9 digits for direct ID match)
    • Applicant name — first, last, or full name
    • Phone — US-style numbers with or without formatting
  3. Press Enter or activate the search button.
  4. To clear search results, use the clear control in the search field (shown after a successful search).

The table resets to page 1 after each search.

Filter applications

Filters appear in the bar above the table when at least one application exists (or after data has loaded once).

Filter by status

  1. Click the Status filter.
  2. Choose a stage (e.g. Review, Processing, Approved).
  3. The table refreshes; counts in the dropdown reflect the current filter context.

Filter by product

  1. Click the Product filter.
  2. Select one or more products (multi-select).
  3. The list shows only matching applications.

Filter by assignee

  1. Click the Assigned filter.
  2. Choose a team member, or the unassigned option when available.
  3. Use this for “my queue” or “unassigned work.”

Filter by tag

  1. Click the Tag filter.
  2. Choose Untagged or one or more tags.
  3. Add the Tag column via column settings if you want to see tags without opening detail.

Filter by sub-tenant (Tenant ID)

Available when your tenant uses sub-tenants.

  1. Click the Tenant ID filter.
  2. Select Acme West, Acme East, or another sub-tenant name.

Filter by lead source

Available when lead buy is enabled for your tenant.

  1. Click the Lead Source filter.
  2. Select a source from the list.

Reset all filters

  1. Click Reset (with the circular arrow icon).
  2. All column filters clear; search text is unchanged—clear search separately if needed.

Sort the table

Sortable column headers show sort affordances when supported.

Lead SourceYes (when column shown)

  1. Click a sortable header once for ascending, again for descending.
  2. Sorting sends the sort to the server; pagination applies after sort.

Paginate results

  1. Use the footer at the bottom of the table.
  2. Move to the next or previous page, or jump pages if the control supports it.
  3. Default page size is 10 rows per page.

Search and filters apply to the full dataset; changing pages does not clear them.

Customize columns

Not available to Auditor.

Reorder columns

  1. Click the gear icon (column settings) on the right above the table.
  2. Drag a row by the six-dot handle next to a column name.
  3. Order saves automatically.

Remove a column

  1. Open the gear menu.
  2. Click X on a column row.
  3. Applicant and Status cannot be removed.

  4. Checked columns move into the selected list immediately.

Export applications to CSV

Not available to Auditor.

  1. Apply any filters or search you want reflected in the export (confirm behavior with your admin—export may use server rules for the current view).
  2. Click Export.
  3. The browser downloads applications.csv.

If export fails, retry after Reset or contact your administrator.

Start a new application

Not available to Auditor.

  1. Click Application (button with + icon).
  2. Wait for the product list to load if you see Loading....
  3. Click a product name (e.g. Personal Loan).
  4. The applicant application flow opens in a new browser tab.

If the menu shows No products found, your tenant has no active products exposed to agents—use Go to Product Studio from the empty state or ask an admin.

Open the Customers list

  1. Click Customers (secondary button, top right).
  2. You navigate to the customers area at /application/customers/.

Use this when you have a customer record but need to find related applications outside the current filters.

Open an application (detail page)

From ID:

  1. Click the numeric ID in the left column (link).

From actions:

  1. Click View Application (arrow icon) in the right Action column.

Both routes open the v2 application detail URL: /application/detail/{session}/.

Continue work on the Application tab—update status, assign, tags, documents. See Application detail and Assigning and tags.

Expand multi-applicant (parent/child) rows

When your tenant enables multi-applicant flows.

  1. Find a parent row with an expand arrow beside ID.
  2. Click the arrow to show child applicant rows.
  3. Click again to collapse.
  4. Open any child via its ID or View Application.

Child rows share the parent’s product context but have their own IDs and statuses.

Switch Sandbox and Production

  1. In the top header (right side), open the environment dropdown.
  2. Select Sandbox or Production.
  3. Wait for the page to reload and a toast: Sandbox turned on or Live Mode.
  4. Re-open Agent Dashboard if needed.

The header background uses a warm tint in Sandbox. Applications shown match the selected environment only.

  3. Set Status → the stage you are working.
  4. Sort Last Updated for priority.
  5. Open the first View Application.
  6. After saving on detail, return to the list—the row reflects updates on refresh.
