Application list and filters

Last updated: 2025–03-11

The application list shows all applications you have access to. You can search, filter, sort, and paginate to find the right applications.

Opening the list

From the main navigation, click Applications. The list loads with default filters and pagination (e.g. 20 per page).

Use the search box to find applications by:

  • Applicant name
  • Email
  • Application ID

Results update as you type (or when you apply the search, depending on the UI).

Filters

Use the filter controls to narrow the list:

FilterDescription
StatusApplication status: e.g. Submitted, In Review, Approved, Denied, Pending, Withdrawn, Funded, Expired.
TenantSub-tenant (organization) that owns the application.
AssignedUser the application is assigned to (or unassigned).
ProductProduct type (e.g. Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Home Equity, Business Loan, Student Loan).
TagsOne or more tags applied to the application.

Some filters may show counts (e.g. how many applications per status). Apply filters to refresh the list.

Columns

The table typically includes columns such as:

  • Applicant
  • Product name
  • Stage (e.g. Application, Underwriting, Decision, Funding, Closed)
  • Application status
  • Assigned user
  • Last updated
  • Tags

Column visibility is driven by the agent dashboard configuration: the system provides a set of available columns and a default selection. Where the UI supports it, you can show or hide columns via a column picker or table settings. For full detail on available columns, selected columns, and agent workflows, see Agent dashboard.

Sort and pagination

  • Sort: Use column headers or a sort control to sort by a column (e.g. last updated, applicant name) in ascending or descending order.
  • Pagination: Use previous/next or page numbers to move through pages. Page size (e.g. 20) may be configurable.

Opening an application

Click a row or the “View” action to open the application detail page for that application.
