Application list and filters
Last updated: 2026–08-20
The application list shows every application you have access to, with search, filters, sorting, and pagination so you can find a specific application or a group of applications quickly.
Opening the list
From the main navigation, click Applications. The list loads with default filters and pagination (e.g. 20 per page).
Search
Use the search box to find applications by:
- Applicant name
- Application ID
Results update as you type (or when you apply the search, depending on the UI).
Filters
Use the filter controls to narrow the list:
| Filter | Description |
|---|---|
| Status | Application status (for example Submitted, In Review, Approved, Denied, Pending, Withdrawn, Funded, Expired). |
| Tenant | Sub-tenant (organization) that owns the application. |
| Assigned | User the application is assigned to (or unassigned). |
| Product | Product type (e.g. Personal Loan, Auto Loan, Home Equity, Business Loan, Student Loan). You can select one or more products at once. |
| Tags | One or more tags applied to the application. |
Status, product, assignee, and tag options are populated from the tenant’s own data, so the choices you see reflect the products, users, and tags that exist for your organization.
Some filters may show counts (e.g. how many applications per status). Apply filters to refresh the list.
Automatic cleanup of stale filter values
If a filter is set to a value that no longer exists in the current data — for example a tag that was deleted, or a product no longer offered — the platform clears that filter value automatically rather than showing an empty or broken list. If you had multiple products selected under Product and one of them is no longer valid, only the invalid product is removed; the rest of your selection stays in place.
Filtering by eligible offer details
You can also filter applications by attributes of the offers associated with them, using the eligible offers filter. Pick an offer attribute (a column, such as a specific lender or offer field), then choose one or more values for that attribute. This lets you narrow the list to applications tied to a particular offer characteristic instead of only the application’s own status or product.
You can add more than one offer-attribute condition at a time to combine criteria.
Columns
The table typically includes columns such as:
- Applicant
- Product name
- Stage (e.g. Application, Underwriting, Decision, Funding, Closed)
- Application status
- Assigned user
- Last updated
- Tags
Column visibility is driven by the agent dashboard configuration: the system provides a set of available columns and a default selection of which ones show. The application ID column and the row action column are always included even if they aren’t part of your selected columns. Where the UI supports it, you can show or hide columns via a column picker or table settings. For full detail on available columns, selected columns, and agent workflows, see Agent dashboard.
Sort and pagination
- Sort: Use column headers or a sort control to sort by a column (e.g. last updated, applicant name) in ascending or descending order.
- Pagination: Use previous/next or page numbers to move through pages. Page size (e.g. 20) may be configurable.
Opening an application
Click a row or the “View” action to open the application detail page for that application.
Worked example
An underwriting lead at a regional lender wants to review every Personal Loan application currently In Review that received an offer from a specific funding partner, “Acme Capital,” before month end.
- She opens Applications from the sidebar.
- She sets Status to “In Review.”
- She sets Product to “Personal Loan.”
- She opens the eligible offers filter, selects the “Lender Name” attribute, and chooses “Acme Capital” as the value.
- The list refreshes to show only In Review, Personal Loan applications with an Acme Capital offer.
- She sorts by Last updated descending to see the oldest untouched applications last, then works through the list from the top.
If Acme Capital is later removed as an offer source and she reloads the page with that filter still saved, the platform clears the now-invalid lender value from the filter automatically instead of showing a broken or empty result.
Use case
A lending operations manager needs to audit funding turnaround times for a single lending partner across all products. Instead of manually cross-referencing offer records, she filters the application list by the eligible offers attribute for lender name, then adds a Status filter for “Funded” to see only the completed cases tied to that partner.
Best practices
- Combine Status, Product, and Tags filters to narrow large queues before you start working through them, rather than scrolling an unfiltered list.
- Use the eligible offers filter when you need to find applications by something about the offer itself (like a specific lender), not just the application’s own status or product.
- Don’t assume a saved filter selection is always valid — if a tag, product, or lender is removed from the tenant’s data, the corresponding filter value is cleared automatically, so re-check your filters after removing configuration elsewhere in the system.
- Select only the columns you need through the agent dashboard column configuration to keep the list readable; the application ID and action columns are always shown regardless of your selection.
Unclear or unverified behavior
Some filter and column details could not be confirmed from source and are called out separately rather than guessed at; see the unclear list for this page.
