Tenant dashboard
Last updated: 2026–08-20
The tenant dashboard gives you a high-level view of your organization’s activity and key metrics, and is your starting point for managing your workspace, account, and security settings.
Opening the dashboard
From the main navigation or tenant area, open Dashboard (or the default landing page after login, if configured). The dashboard loads summary data for your tenant.
What you’ll see
The exact widgets depend on your tenant and product configuration. Typical content includes:
- Applications: Counts or trends (e.g. by status, over time).
- Key metrics: Volume, approval rates, or other KPIs.
- Recent activity: Latest applications or events.
- Links: Shortcuts to Applications, API keys, or other sections. Customers is opened from Agent Dashboard rather than the sidebar.
Use the dashboard to get a quick snapshot before diving into Applications, Customers (from Agent Dashboard), or API keys.
Workspace settings
From the dashboard, you can open Settings to manage your account and your tenant workspace. Settings is organized into tabs:
- Profile — your own account details, profile picture, and password.
- Workspace — workspace-level settings for the tenant.
- Stages — configuration related to application stages/status.
- Configuration — tenant configuration options.
- Security — single sign-on, two-factor authentication, and group mapping.
- Users — the user accounts in your tenant workspace.
- API — the tenant’s API access.
- Webhook — the tenant’s webhook configuration.
Each tab loads its own content when selected; you don’t need to leave Settings to move between them.
Worked example: updating your profile
Jordan is a new underwriter added to a tenant workspace.
- Jordan opens Dashboard, then Settings.
- Jordan selects the Profile tab.
- Jordan uploads a profile picture using the profile picture upload control.
- Jordan reviews their user details and updates their password using the password field.
- Jordan saves the changes. The account now reflects the new picture and password for future logins.
Use case: enforcing stronger sign-in controls
A credit union wants its lending staff to sign in with single sign-on and use two-factor authentication, rather than relying on passwords alone.
- A tenant administrator opens Dashboard, then Settings.
- The administrator selects the Security tab.
- The tab shows a single sign-on banner and section, a two-factor authentication section, and a group mapping section.
- The administrator reviews these sections to align sign-in requirements with the credit union’s policy.
Best practices
- Keep your profile picture and password current in the Profile tab so teammates can identify you and your account stays secure.
- Check the Security tab when onboarding a new tenant, since it’s where single sign-on, two-factor authentication, and group mapping live together.
- Use the dashboard as a starting point, not a destination — drill into Applications, Customers, or Settings tabs for the details behind any summary number you see.
- Don’t assume every tenant sees the same dashboard widgets; content depends on tenant and product configuration.
Unclear or not confirmed
- The exact widgets, metrics, and data shown on the dashboard summary are not detailed in the current source and are carried over from the prior version of this page.
- The specific fields and options inside the Workspace, Configuration, Users, API, and Webhook tabs are not detailed beyond their names.
- The exact effect of enabling single sign-on, two-factor authentication, or group mapping (for example, whether it is enforced tenant-wide or per user) is not detailed in the source.
- Whether “Stages” configures application pipeline statuses specifically, or something broader, is inferred from the tab’s internal naming and not explicitly documented.
- Any default values or error behavior for these settings are not documented in the source.
