Application detail

Last updated: 2026–05-27

Open any application from the Agent dashboard or list and filters to land on the application detail page. The URL uses a session ID (not the numeric application ID in the path). Everything for one applicant file lives here: workflow data, underwriting, documents, communications, and audit history.

Terminology: In the product UI, the field labeled Status on the Overview panel is the application stage in the database (APP_STAGES). The header button Update Status changes that stage (Approve, Decline, Doc Requested, and so on). Outcome is a separate assignment label configured by your tenant. Current step is the wizard/flow step name—not a manual “pipeline stage” control.

Page layout

The detail page uses a two-column layout:

AreaWhat it contains
Left (main)Primary tabs: Application, Underwriting, Transactions, Offers, Docs, Email, Data, Integration, Tasks, Activity
Right (collapsible)Overview, SMS (conditional), Notes, Arc AI (conditional)
Top barBreadcrumb (Agent Dashboard → application ID), Download Application PDF, and action buttons (role-gated)

Application stages (status badge)

Stages are defined in the platform as APP_STAGES. The Overview panel shows a human-readable label (some labels differ from the internal name).

Pending in the database displays as Incomplete on the Overview panel.

Multi-applicant applications

When a product supports multiple applicants:

  • A primary badge or role dropdown appears in the breadcrumb.
  • Switching roles navigates to the co-applicant’s session while keeping context.
  • Co-borrower variables may be copied to the primary app on approve/decline/withdraw (server behavior).

See Overview panel.
